When will my order
arrive?
Most orders will ship the same day and arrive within 4-6 business
days. So check your order status on the Order Status page.
We normally do not do backorders. The shopping cart is set up to
hide those earrings that are out of stock. However, if you should
order several pairs of the same earring it may appear that we
have sufficient earrings to fill your order. If this should happen
we will either call or email you with your order status. If
you request express shipping (2 day Fed Ex) please allow sufficient time
for processing the order and 2 days for delivery. Remember most
cities do not have delivery on Saturday or Sunday. During the
holidays ie., Christmas, Valentines, Mothers Days and your girlfriend's
or wife's birthday, please allow a couple of extra days for processing.
My Order says
Complete but I never received my earrings?
Please allow the full 6 business
days for delivery. That means do not count Saturday or Sunday.
We are shipping from Idaho and if you live on the East Coast, the Postal
Service may take an extra day or two for delivery. In the big
picture, we have had very good results with the Postal Service and
timely delivery. We do not place tracking numbers on Postal
Service shipping. If
you had your order sent to your office or work or an address that is not
your home, ask around.
We also realize apartment buildings can also be a difficult address for
delivery of packages. So please ask around the office, apartment
managers office etc. to see if a small brown padded envelope is waiting
for you.
If it’s been
more than a week since it shipped,
then give us an email as it might have been returned to us as
undeliverable, or lost in the mail.
We’ll be happy to take care of it and make everything right.
Can I exchange my
earrings?
Yes, you may request an exchange. Please return the earrings
in the original packaging. If the earrings appear to have been
worn, we are unable to accept the earrings either as a return or an
exchange. To cover the cost of shipping a second time, we do
charge a small shipping fee of $3.95 for the exchange.
Can I pay by
Check/Money Order?
Yes you may send checks or money orders, We normally allow 5
business days for personal checks to clear our bank before shipping.
This is simply to prevent individuals from sending us bogus checks to
pay for merchandise. Unfortunately, there a few bad people who
make it difficulty for all of the honest ones.

Do you have a
catalog?
No we do not. At this time we carry over 500 different
earrings and we add 10 to 20 new earrings each month. A catalog
would be outdated before we were able to have the catalog printed.
Can I change my
order after it’s placed?
Maybe? If you would like to change the
earring color
on your order or exchange the earring for another please email us at
jmbartinfo@yahoo.com and let us know.
We check our email box every hour for these situations.
Please write “Change Order” in the subject line.
Orders are printed and shipped out fairly quickly so if we see
your request before it gets packed then you’re likely to get it
changed. But if you wait a day then you’re going to have to exchange
it.
I placed an order
and now a day later I have changed my mind.
Please email us and let us know. If the order has been shipped,
then when the order comes write, “Refused, Return to Sender”
on the package and stick it in a mail drop.
The mailman will bring it back to us and we’ll refund your
money, yes all of it including shipping.
